When you join the team, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.What You’ll Do as a Massage Therapist:Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time framesProvide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standardsInform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service optionsProperly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost controlMaintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offeredUphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policiesPrepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointmentsCommunicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attentionActively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotionsHandle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyRespond promptly and appropriately to all guest requestsWork independently with minimal supervisionMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environmentParticipate in and support ongoing training and staff meetingsAssist in all areas of spa operations as requested by managementPerform other duties as assigned
