As a Material Bander/Wrapper, you will serve as the engine of our facility's logistics, keeping inventory and raw materials moving safely and efficiently across departments.What You Will Do:Safely Transport Material: Operate lift trucks and equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods between production, warehouse, and shipping areas.Quality & Packaging: Weigh, inspect, label, and wrap finished products to meet customer standards and quality specifications.Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, resolve digital vs. physical stock discrepancies, and log inventory transactions in our tracking system.Operational Support: Supply departments with packaging materials, support core cutting, assist with 5S housekeeping, and serve as backup for shipping coordination.Collaborate & Adapt: Coordinate with shift team members to hit daily production targets and support site-wide safety standards.
