Role Overview

As our PR & Media Relations Manager, you’ll be responsible for running our Cision One account and ensuring we maximize its potential. This includes identifying media opportunities, building and maintaining press lists, monitoring coverage, and crafting compelling press materials. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and ensuring our stories reach the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our Cision One account for maximum outreach.

Build and maintain targeted journalist, influencer, and media contact lists.

Draft, distribute, and track press releases and pitches.

Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports with insights.

Develop creative story ideas to position our brand in relevant outlets.

Collaborate with leadership to align PR efforts with company goals.

Stay current on media trends and best practices in communications.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Cision One (or similar PR platforms).

Background in PR, communications, or journalism preferred.

Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Excellent media relations and networking ability.

An analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure PR impact.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
