This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Management Senior Supervisor to run a team of product owners to help implement new robotic automations and maintain them post go live.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of RPA product owners who help build and maintain RPA automations
Ensure the team has no blocker in their work. Escalate quickly as needed
Help develop the team skills in both Agile and RPA
Reporting for existing bots to understand productivity
Assess and prioritize business process for RPA implementation that increase efficiency, improve effectiveness and reduce operational risk
Conduct readiness of process for Robotics automation with high level benefit Analysis
Conduct feasibility analysis, complexity analysis for evaluating suitability for automation improvements.
Provide accurate and insightful assessments of current process performance including risks with actions to mitigate and/ or eliminate
Be a conduit between Business and IT organization and work in an agile manner
Ensure the bots that go live in production continue to deliver at the originally aligned business plan
Create and implement contingency plans and solutions for problems that arise
Establish credibility and comfort with key stakeholders and customers by monitoring and improving existing bots in production
Continually improve skills and competencies by proactively participating in various internal and external training opportunities and stretch assignments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Agile Certification or significant Agile work experience
2+ years of experience managing people
1+ of years of extensive experience in designing and implementing process automation solutions using some of the leading RPA (robotics process automation) and/or other emerging automation technologies strongly preferred
UIPath exposure an advantage
Medicare experience preferred
Green belt Certified preferred

Experience in RPA process implementation
BluePrism, UIPath knowledge

Business analysis skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skill
Experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment preferred
