Mortgage Field Inspectors Needed!

We are looking for mortgage field inspectors to cover Davidson County, TN.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position. Experience is preferred but not necessary.

Our inspection types vary by order, from determining occupancy/condition to leaving door cards as requested by our clients. We also conduct insurance repair inspections by appointments set by you.

What is needed:

-Mobile smart phone or tablet ( Apple or Android)

- Follow instructions on each orders using your mobile device through an app that is provided

- Ability to communicate to our office using email and text messages

- Ability to use your mobile device GPS

- A Printer/ scanner to print all needed door cards and postings

- Current car insurance and valid driver's license

- Economical and reliable vehicle

- Internet

You are paid per inspection.

Compensation is twice monthly
