- Cloud experience - any cloud is fine
- Able to work with miminal requirements.

- If a group in the business has a gap/issue, this team will analyze it and come up with a solution for it - whether that's to automate it or whatever the best solution may be.
- The current project they're working on is an HR Transformation project. Changing how they're doing onboarding and making it much more of an automated process.
- Very collaborative team, they love to whiteboard in the office together.
