We are currently seeking an Onsite Construction Project Manager with industrial & manufacturing construction experience, ideally large & complex projects. Role & responsibilities for this position include: Project Management and Administration Provide administration and coordination across the project, working with the client, internal staff and other consultants. Provide input to our cost management team and client to enable forecast on program budget, cash flow and commitment. Drive improvement in the processes and documentation/workflows through stakeholder engagement and/or measurement of important metrics. Work with the client, Contractor(s) / A&E design team and other key stakeholders to create and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key milestones. Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations. Support Contract negotiation by collaborating with the Client stakeholders and other consultants Verify stakeholders and consultants are completing the complete list of City and/or other Authority approvals process, permitting, etc. Monitor the work of the design team to make sure they meet client requirements in terms of design deliverables and timescales. Coordinate Constructability review of the project documents. Work with our cost management team and other key stakeholders to validate contractor  scope gaps/changes Support Value Engineering efforts. Working alongside client project management team, manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors  Support Cost / Change Control, including input to change order review, negotiation, & recommendations, delay analysis - At program level. Schedule monitoring, tracking, analysis and input Ensure document control is in place (track and coordinate addenda, bulletins, new drawing sets, clarifications, etc) process is in place. Ensure QA/QC is being followed and report any issues/gaps. Ensure tracking of all key project documents, including submittals, RFI’s, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc. is being enforced. Coordination and management of Owner-direct vendors working with supply chain and consultants. Project Close Out / Fit-UpInitiate close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance, setting timelines and responsibilities. Establish close out documentation requirements. Ensure receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc. Verify punch list, substantial completion and final completion process through onsite Construction management team. Support the negotiation, resolution and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes. Assist client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants
