Job title:Order Fulfillment SME HPM&EC - NAMYour role:

Possesses comprehensive knowledge and expertise in specific processes such as US or DI&IGT, or channels like Fast Flow

Responsible for implementing, controlling (incl. compliance) and optimizing processes with a holistic view from end to end

Leads or participates in upcoming process changes, liaising with Business Units, BPO and Regions

Acts as the first point of contact for operational process escalations, resolving issues and updating work instructions

Leads and drives process improvement and automation initiatives to standardize and enhance efficiency in alignment with global requirements

Demonstrates deep understanding of systems, tools, and internal processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) environment

Serves as an ambassador for system process improvements within their knowledge area or related satellite tools

Addresses critical issues and change requests within their domain, providing instant support and participating in SAP improvement projects

Gathers, analyzes, and organizes performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure compliance, adherence, and standardization

Trains the team on data interpretation, coordinates test activities for E2E deployment programs, validates work instructions, delivers key user training, reports incidents, and participates in improvement projects on behalf of the local organization

Bachelor’s Degree &/or 4+ years applicable business experience required.

Strong influencer empowered and capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Ability to handle pressure and take direction in a demanding environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience is required.

Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement & analytical techniques is required.

Experience with SCM concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics - gained through work experience is preferred.

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives.

Strong conceptual understanding of Global Supply Chain & Inventory Management practices & techniques desired.

Ability to interface with all levels of the organization on issues related to capacity, demand plans and business strategies is preferred.
