The Role: Part-Time Office Manager
The City: Knoxville, TN (Onsite 3 days, 20 hours/week)
The Money: $17-$21 Per Hour

The Day-to-Day:Manage the front office greeting all guests and welcoming staff
Coordinate lunch caterings for the office
Oversee and manage office cleanliness and tidiness
Maintain office supplies/inventory
Conference room reservation and management
Event prep and clean up, including offsites, big and small events.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and courier packages
Assist with onboarding
Ad hoc projects
Experience: 3 years + in similar role
Experience managing an office move is a plus!
Tech start-up experience a plus!
