Responsible for greeting patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and managing telephones and messages. Collects and posts co-pays, deductibles and past due patient balances at the time of service. Reports to: Market Practice ManagerChecks patients in and completes the intake process to include insurance verification and updating demographic information.

Drag Edit DeleteOrganizes and sets up appointments for some of the providers as needed. Follows up on special function needs.

Drag Edit DeletePerforms electronic chart pre-load process. Also scans documents to the patient electronic chart.Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Promotes a team-oriented atmosphere and takes initiative in maintaining a tidy and safe clinical environment

One year experience in a medical clinic; preferably in Family Practice or Specialty Clinic - Preferred

Certifications:
