- Peoplesoft HCM Technical-L3 (Mandatory)PeopleSoft HCM NA Payroll-L3
- Consultants with 6-10 years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as a PeopleSoft Technical consultant.
- Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support experience (PeopleSoft HRMS V9.0 or above mandatory)
- Must have strong experience and exposure in the PeopleSoft modules HR, Payroll for North America.
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
- Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, Structured query report (SQR), People Code, Application Engine programming, Component interface, Integration Broker, etc.
- Should be able to handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. \n-Should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Should be able to handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity.
- Should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
