In this role, you will be accountable for creating and executing a marketing strategy that increases patient access to Medtronics deformity solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the sales force and possess the ability learn spinal deformity clinically. Accountable for revenue attainment within the projects / products of responsibility.

Accountable for successful field and HCP collaboration that results in strong relationships and insights

Accountable to be a reliable teammate and an active participant within the broader marketing organization

15 20% travel

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.

Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.

Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.

Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.

Works with other functions to finalize product specifications.

Provides advertising with core brand equity.

Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

Must Have: Minimum RequirementsTo be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume:Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to HaveMBA

Project management experience

Downstream marketing experience

Knowledge of spinal pathologies, procedures, and products

Worked with or has experience interacting with a broad sales force and can clearly articulate a message to all level of stakeholder
