The Project Manager position is responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing projects that directly align with the strategic priorities company and the Project Management Office (PMO). The main goal of the PMO is to assist the organization in improving productivity and overall performance. Any candidate must be able and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment and rapidly change focus and priority based on the needs of the organization.

On a day to day basis, a PM will manage and facilitate strategic projects that span across all business areas of the company, collaborate with team members on parallel projects, and update relevant stakeholders on the status of projects and tasks with visibility across the entire organization.

Outside of individual projects, the PM will help mold the strategic direction of Project Management across the organization by relationship building, providing consultation, and creating tools and techniques unique to the needs of the company.

Requirements

Top Technical Skills / Competencies:

A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management experience required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required

Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

PMP Certification preferred

Healthcare experience a plus

Experience in Toggl and Jira preferred.
