Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager II position, to be fulfilled remotely. This role is within the industry of customer service and is based in Nashville, Tennessee, 37203, United States. The Project Manager II will be responsible for managing multiple, moderately complex projects, ensuring a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and efficient management of risks and issues.Responsibilities: Lead the organization of project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan. Develop project management documents such as project charters, scope statements, and project plans, and present project updates to business owners. Handle business owner(s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues related to the projects. Monitor project activities and report on status within the published timeline. Manage deliverables and change management activities effectively. Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare and ensure high-quality, professional deliverables as required by each project plan. Facilitate the creation of toolkits to support field-based implementations when necessary. Facilitate decision making among stakeholders to ensure project results meet the requirements. Collaboratively work with business partners to develop project metrics and benefits for overall project performance. Define project staffing requirements and manage multiple, multi-departmental resources for collaboration on all projects. Identify roles, responsibilities, and required skills necessary for project activities. Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple successful projects.

Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Healthcare, hospital system, hospital, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems experience preferred.

PMP certification preferred, not required.

LEAN and/or SIX SIGMA certification a plus, not required.
