Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Systems Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and the ability to work independently. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement within the quality management system. Develop and implement quality control plans to prevent defects and ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality data and audit findings. Utilize basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications. Provide support to production and other departments in maintaining quality standards. Requirements Three to five years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. (required) Ability to complete internal auditor training within 60 days of employment. High school diploma or GED. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
