We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying potential sites, reviewing due diligence reports, and assessing the suitability and viability of specific locations. The ideal candidate will effectively evaluate and communicate risks associated with these sites . Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust broker network.
Negotiate and present site proposals to the Executive Committee.
Identify and evaluate new site opportunities within assigned trade areas.
Travel up to 70% of the time to assigned markets to gain insights into existing stores, potential new sites, competitor activities, upcoming retail/residential projects, and demographic trends.
Analyze research data to validate trade areas, project sales volumes, assess competition, and identify physical and ethnic barriers. Provide feedback and recommendations based on findings.
Secure and deliver quality deals from assigned markets.
Negotiate all aspects of real estate transactions, including timelines, financial terms, and legal issues, while safeguarding the company’s interests.
Requirements:
3-5 years of commerical real estate experience.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time.
Capability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion across different functional groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
