We are looking for enthusiastic Convention Greeters to join our team for an upcoming event at the Convention Center. As a greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our attendees, setting the tone for a welcoming and positive experience. If you enjoy helping others and being part of a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you! September 8th 7am-8pm September 9th 7am-9am or 7am-7pm September 10th 7am-9:30am Parking is included. Must wear black pants or skirt with a white collared shirt or blouse. No sneakers.salary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 8 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Welcome Attendees: Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the convention. Ensure that each attendee feels welcomed and acknowledged.
Provide Directions: Assist attendees by directing them to various locations within the convention center, such as registration desks, exhibit halls, restrooms, and event rooms.
Distribute Materials: Hand out convention materials, such as event programs, maps, badges, or welcome kits, ensuring attendees have the information they need.
Answer Questions: Be knowledgeable about the event schedule, locations, and amenities, and provide accurate answers to any attendee inquiries.
Assist with Registration: Support the registration team by guiding attendees to the appropriate check-in areas and ensuring the registration process runs smoothly.
