Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter located in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, the individual will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes, and will be required to work in-office five days a week. This role is particularly suited for an individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Responsibilities: Efficiently process and review incoming applications from potential candidates Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all candidates and their application status Actively engage with candidates through various stages of the recruitment process Utilize multiple HRIS systems to manage recruitment operations Conduct background checks on potential candidates to ensure compatibility with the role Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to enhance recruitment processes Implement and maintain an effective Applicant Track System Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer Employ your skills in Careerbuilder and CRM to attract and manage potential candidates Exhibit strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with candidates and team members.Requirements Candidate must have professional experience in the role of a Recruiter for 3+ years Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a plus Experience using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates is necessary Must be adept at using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial Applicant Track System experience is essential for managing candidate information Must be capable of conducting Background Checks in compliance with legal standards Understanding of Benefit Functions within a company is required Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
