We have a team of trained interior restoration technicians specializing in repairing & preserving architectural millwork, doors, & high-end furniture. JAM proudly works with many of the major hotels & restaurants in Nashville, as well as General Contractors, FF&E companies, and owner groups nationwide.

Experience Preferred

Filling & leveling epoxy and polyester fillers

blending/mixing color

finish spraying of 2 part clear and opaque finishes on wood and/or metal surfaces

wood millwork & furniture fabrication or installation experience

Responsibilities

- Perform refinish work on various surfaces including wood, metal, and stone using a variety of tools and techniques such as airless paint spraying, buffing, and detailing.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess and repair surfaces, ensuring quality and precision in the refinish process.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to meet deadlines.

- Utilize welding skills for metal surfaces when necessary.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to refinish work.

- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as needed to transport materials and equipment.

- Contribute to restoration projects by applying expertise in refinish techniques.
