As a Resort Service Operator, you will:Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guestsUtilizing MR, SAMS, CSD and HotSos to answer internal and external Guest questionsAnswer phones using the proper Phone Script and etiquette guidelinesAnswer calls by providing correct information to the callerAnswers call as the Front Desk to prevent the transferring of calls to the Front Desk Create work orders using CSD, HotSos for all service needs Follow up on work orders within the allotted time as designed by CSD and HotSosClose tickets as directed by Assignee of ticketComplete service calls by calling Guest to ensure Guest satisfaction Answers, screens and routes call volume including inbound and internal calls Ensure transfer of calls to correct departmentsTo perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
