We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen and wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive crew.
Position Overview
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high‑quality food according to Bradley’s recipes and standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items on the line during service
Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with prep work, stocking, and daily kitchen setup
Operate grills, fryers, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently
Support the team during busy rushes and shift transitions
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of grilling, frying, and food prep
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
BBQ experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person
Schedule & Compensation
Full‑time or part‑time positions available
