1. Run leads provided and prospect to generate own leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
2. Create and maintain a pipeline of new prospects.
3. Inspect roofs which require climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
4. Present and sell compelling roofing solutions to homeowners. Walk homeowners through the buying process including assisting with insurance questions.
5. Close sales and ensure all paperwork are properly documented.
6. Project manage roof builds when necessary.
7. Follow up with homeowners’ post project completion to ensure satisfaction.
8. Maintain minimum sales as required by Company.
9. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations associated with roof construction.
10. Automobile maintenance if issued company vehicle.
11. Other projects as required.
