Job Description: RPA Developer

Location: Memphis, TN - Post Covid

Who are we looking for?

·Expert knowledge on AA Robotic Process Automation tools.

·Detail Knowledge on Coding & testing of Automation Anywhere modules.

·Create and maintain documentation related to Robotic Process Automation projects: Process Mapping, Business Requirements, Functional & Technical specifications, Proposals, Go-Live Release notes, Package Deployment and Administration

·Able to manage monitoring of workflows and if any issues required to notify the users and perform the pre-defined activities like Restart the Robots, notify the users.

·Able to manage the License management of the AA product.

·Able to do the peer review of the code and manage the release activity from one environment to another environment (ex: from Dev to UAT or UAT to Prod).

·Installation and configuration of AA components on new server for Dev/Test/Prod.

·If any Product upgrades or patch upgrades required need to manage the deployment of such upgrades.

·Work with vendor support team for any product related issues.

·Installation of other tools like MS office, ODBC drivers, etc.

·Ready to work in US Shifts (CST time zone) on Rotational basis. This is mandatory and ready to provide the support during weekend basis on Rotational.

·Should have very good communication skill and able to manage all client related communications.

·Should have exposure in estimation techniques and requirements gathering.

Technical Skills:

·Migration of code from Dev to Production.

·Hands on experience in Robotic Automation using Automation Anywhere.

·Candidate should have 6 - 8 years of IT experience in .net development & RPA implementation. At least 9-10 RPA project (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should have been executed in Automation Anywhere.

·Experience in VB/VBA/PowerShell/C#/Python.

·Experience with Oracle DB development such as PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, packages etc.

Process Skills:

·Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

·Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

·Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

·Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

·Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

·Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

·Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
