Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to help support application development, EMR and Salesforce teams. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily scrum meetings, remove impediments, coach the team on agile principles, and ensure the quality and timeliness of the project deliverables. You will also collaborate with other scrum masters, stakeholders, and product owners to align the team's goals with the organization's vision and mission. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in leading agile teams, managing complex projects, and resolving conflicts. You should also have a passion for behavioral health and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
