Title: Scrum Master Location: Remote - Nashville, Tennessee 37243 Duration: 12 Months Description: Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies to join our team. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile Scrum process, coaching and mentoring the team, and ensuring that the team is following the Scrum framework and Application Lifecycle Management practices. You will work closely with the product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Scrum process and coach the team on Agile methodologies
- Guide the team to improve their productivity and ensure that they are meeting their goals
- Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on the highest value items first
- Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and Application Lifecycle Management practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify areas where the team can improve their processes and practices
- Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove any impediments that are blocking the team from making progress
- Ensure that the team is maintaining transparency and visibility into their work
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide the team towards their goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and remove any impediments that are blocking the team from making progress
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
