Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a

Senior Business Analyst. This is a hybrid position with most days spent off-site, and is a very long contract. Candidates need to have at least seven years of analyzing and managing data - business, financial, or statistical.

The important skills to have are advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau. Please note Mindbank is unable to work with C2C / third party agencies. Candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents, and will undergo a government background investigation.

Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Provides analytic support for Navy client.
Recommends appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Analyzes and processes data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
Provides business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing, and data analysis.
Consults on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools.

Senior Business Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science, or management discipline (business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology)
5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or Financial Analysis using Excel, Access, and Tableau tools
Experience with Navy or DoD manpower, personnel, training, and education preferred
Possession of excellent team-oriented, team building, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
