Crafting content audits and plans, building sitemaps, requirements documents, and other artifacts as needed to communicate content strategy

Advocating for all users, including those who use assistive technology to meet their accessibility needs

Writing and editing user-focused interface, descriptive, and editorial content in alignment to brand and design system standards

Using digital tools and other resources to analyze user habits and industry trends

How you will collaborate with others:

Collaborating with research and experimentation to identify mental models and ensure content meets users’ expectations

Partnering with user experience and user interface designers to craft user experiences with language

Interacting with multi-functional partners in product, software engineering, and marketing to fulfill user needs and business requirements

What projects you will take ownership of:

Improving the customer journey with flawless shopping and booking features

Telling the outstanding stories of hotels and resorts in the Hilton portfolio

Turning users into Guests and dedicated customers with engaging digital experiences

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:

Four years (4) of work experience as a content designer, UX writer, content strategist, copywriter, or related role

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Proven application of content design standard methodologies and user experience principles

Willingness to travel 2 – 4 times per year

It would be useful if you have:

An online portfolio or samples of work

Experience working with remote teams

Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
