Senior Electrical Engineer

Insight Global's client is looking for 2 Senior Electrical Engineers to sit-in Chattanooga, TN. The first 90-days of employment will be on-site in Chattanooga, then has the potential to move to a hybrid work schedule. The team they would be joining, serves Power Generation clients, so will be working on projects that can include hydro plants, coal plants, nuclear plants, gas plants, etc. They will be responsible for doing project walk-downs to assess equipment/projects, assist in the creation of scope, budget, man hours, cost, etc. Additionally, they will lead project equipment teams for the design and engineering of the new equipment for the plant. This design will include one-line diagrams, low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution, motor control design, etc. They will also utilize ETAP for power systems studies when necessary.
