Role - Service Now ArchitectLocation – Nashville, TN ( Remote )Client – Kanini Software SolutionsHire Type – Contract ( Long-term ) JD –A Solutions Consultant is a member of the Technical Sales Team whose primary role is to support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answering questions and demonstrating product capabilities as needed.The solution consultant will, in collaboration with the technical delivery team, sales, and the customer, propose solutions and devise recommendations as part of the sales and delivery process- Support product sales as a technical and domain expertof a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead Demos of tool functionality to customers and internal sales teams as needed
- Participate and lead internal knowledge sessions around market, product, and customers topics
