Shipping Lead

Shipping LeadThis position oversees the shipping & fulfillment system.  They will receive and pull orders across the various platforms, organize them in accordance with the fulfillment process and distribute tasks to the shipping associates.  Responsible for accurate order fulfillment.  Work with Customer Service to resolve shipping and/or transportation issues and maintain shipping supplies.  Be proactive in searching for shipping options to minimize losses/delays/customer service issues as well as maximize company profits. Work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory counts and levels for finished products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Managing shipping and fulfillment across multiple online platforms including: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire.Booking & preparing freight shipments.Fulfilling online orders with accuracy and speed.Inventory management.Communicate shipping details with management, customer service department and customers.Coordinate fulfillment and shipping activities with customer service department.Other duties as assigned.
