We're searching for a Site Support II Analyst. This is a multiyear position. We offer PTO, Paid Holidays, Bonus, 401K and Healthcare stipend. This is a logistic site with a lot of RF scan guns and network connectivity issues. We need someone that can be on site 5 days a week 9-5.
Qualifications- 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with deploying software\imaging using SCCM
- Experience troubleshooting warehouse device equipment such as RF barcode scanners, label printers, desktop/laptop computers and other peripherals/devices
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN and Cisco networking device issues
Responsibilities• Build relationships with our Warehouse Operations team by spending time on the warehouse floor to learn their workflows so we can better assist them with technical issues.• Responsible for troubleshooting and remediation of a wide variety of complex technical issues ranging from RF scanners, SAP lockouts, network connectivity, and warehouse equipment issues.• Prioritize tickets to ensure our local and remote end users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.• Collaborate and provide technical support across cross functional IT teams to solve high impact incidents with a sense of urgency by providing on-site eyes and hands support.• Resolve complex technical problems using standard operating procedures.• Demonstrate accountability and ownership by employing a strong work ethic to solve complex problems from start to finish.• Perform research independently by asking clarifying questions, gather relevant data, and resolve the manner using a data driven approach.
