Small Motel Live-In Manager (Couples/Friends suggested) (Auburn, WA)

We're looking for a manager to run our small motel in Auburn, Washington! The position is significantly easier when run by a couple as the responsibilities can be shared. The position is also live-in, meaning your housing will be accommodated for as a part of compensation.

Responsibilities / Activities:

You will welcome guests, check them in and out of rooms using the property's management system (we'll teach you, it's easy) and answer any questions they may have to ensure that our guests have an smooth and simple stay with us

Process credit card information, cash, and other payment methods as required.

Bookkeep accurate accounts and records of all transactions and guest information.

Answer calls and questions about guests’ needs regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, and more.

Work alongside housekeeping staff to ensure smooth check-in for new guests into clean rooms

Handle any maintenance issues that may occur

Handle customer complaints as necessary

Prior hotel experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation is dependent on experience.
