This position is remoteAssign, monitor and investigate team members and guest complaints; escalate when necessaryMonitor background and MVR results and respond to concerns from the background check adjudication process; escalate when necessaryResolve team member common operational questions and concerns; escalate when necessaryCollaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to resolve team member and guest issuesModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelCompile document requests as they relate to employee relations, DOL, EEOC and litigation threatsAll other duties as assigned.
