Description Our client, a global manufacturing company based in Maryville, TN, is seeking a skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team on a short-term contractual basis (up to three months). This role reports directly to the Sr. Financial Manager and is focused on financial operations, reporting, and analysis within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Work extensively within SAP, providing accurate and timely financial data entry and reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Perform journal entry postings and account reconciliations across two entities within the company. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze manufacturing-related financial reports and metrics to support monthly business reviews. Reconcile payroll reports and accruals in collaboration with HRIS payroll software (ADP). Ensure financial records comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize decision-making processes. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Strong proficiency in SAP, ADP, and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll reconciliation. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles. High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Timeline & Details: Location: On-site in Maryville, TN.-possibly hybrid option after 4 weeks onsite. Duration: Short-term contract (up to three months). Schedule: permanent hours during the contract duration.
