In this highly collaborative role, you will work in tandem with cross-functional team members on the development of our society participation strategy. You will collaborate closely with marketing, medical education, research and development, communications, global strategies, and operations. Develops, fosters and maintains key relationships with healthcare professionals, and surgical and medical third-party meeting/society organizations strategically aligned with the business to increase market access and development opportunities, and to aid in the education of other healthcare professionals
Supports and implements third party meeting on-site participation strategy and concepts; ensures alignment with market, surgeon/HCP audience, technology/procedural solutions, and brand strategies
Manages logistical participation needs and deadlines effectively across business and functional teams; drives pro-active approach and early awareness
Negotiate sponsorship contracts
Partner with key CST business stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Sales, MedEd), functional teams (Marketing Services & Operations, Global Conventions, Grants & Donations) and other cross-functional and cross-geography teams as needed, to ensure optimal third-party/society presence for CST across multiple touch points such as promotional, exhibits, sponsored events, leadership and customer engagement events
Promote programs / resources to internal and external stakeholders and customers
Maintain general project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliance, logistics, budget, and metrics
Provide exceptional customer service when communicating with societies, the team and meeting attendees
Demonstrate willingness to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of peers and colleagues across organizational levels to include Sales and global business partners
Works independently but with direction from team manager, regional, and functional or technical experts
Continually seeks out and participates in self-development activities; engage in continuous learning in order to be a reliable, trusted resource of accurate, up-to-date knowledge
Have in-depth understanding of and maintain compliance to business conduct and other policies, processes and required documentation
Performs other duties as requested/assigned.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical, technical, marketing, education, physician relations or sales roles, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of customers as well as peers and colleagues across organizational levels
Project and/or program management skills
Medical device and/or healthcare experience
Vendor and budget management experience
