You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Strategic Execution & Business Transformation Partner leads and manages the dynamics of cross functional process improvement projects. Must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to project completion with assistance from Master Black Belts on Six Sigma training, and project implementation.Primary Responsibilities

Identifies, suggests, and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of business

Creates project plans and guides team members

Improves end to end business processes that yield annualized expense reduction, positive revenue impact, increases process capacity, and / or reduces risk

Acts as consultant with business leaders regarding various business needs and requirements

Conducts business process current state assessments using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard, identification of gaps, and designs future state processes to evolve or react to continuous industry or internal changes

Identifies business unit issues, assisting in root cause analysis and identifying solutions that clearly articulate strategic opportunities for continuous improvement

Supports the full lifecycle of strategic projects from inception to execution, formulating solutions to key business issues and opportunities

Evaluates end to end business processes, procedures, and people to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign, and risk and control identification

Develops and presents to business partner leadership concise analysis on opportunity findings, recommendations, and financial validation in formats as required (PowerPoint, White Paper, etc.)

Works towards attaining company sponsored Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, other quantitative disciplines, or a related field

Five (5) years of process improvement, business analytics, project or change management or directly related experience

Preferences

Six Sigma-Green Belt certification

Financial banking experience

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience

Lean certification

Skills and Competencies

Ability to evaluate change management impact and risk

Ability to work independently

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel & PowerPoint)

Deadline driven

Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment as it relates to compliance in a specific line of business

Strong written, storyboarding, visualization, long-form writing and editing skills; can pivot between technical and strategic conversations

Champion the Business Process Mapping Program

Builds actions plans for program execution and drives those actions forward on the timeline laid out

Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships in cross functional teams

Assist with the enhancement of our enterprise Operational Excellence Business Process Curriculum and Training Materials

Provide assistance in the development and advancement of our enterprise Operational Excellence Business Process framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
