Supervisor Warehouse Janitorial

Job description

Experienced Sanitation Janitorial Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities for a Warehouse. Implementing sanitation/janitorial production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SHIFTS

MUST PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Responsibilities

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of services.

· Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations

· Measure and report the effectiveness of activities and employees performance

· Maintain and organize inventory and storage area

· Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective Manager, training and development and health, safety and welfare of your team

· Determine staffing levels and assign workload as needed.

· Identify areas of improvement to adjust existing work performance.

· Completes and documents all cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule

Requirements

· Proven work experience in a warehouse.

· Highly effective Supervisor skills and techniques

· Knowledge of Distribution Center health and safety procedures

· Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Must have flexible hours
