Plans, communicates, implements, and controls activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies and procedures. Develop and complete effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent across various company positions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT professionals.

Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.

Run the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.

Tailor messages to candidates through job postings and personalized communications that reflect our organizational culture.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with senior leaders across our tech functions to deliver data-driven updates, talent strategy insights, and team-health assessments.

Coach and mentor team members, fostering a supportive environment.

Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Assess project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Champion a collaborative team environment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Skills Considered a Plus:

Experience in recruiting top-tier talent using high-touch hiring practices

Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition rules and regulations.

Advise hiring managers on interview techniques that drive optimal business outcomes.

Proficiency with software tools such as MS Suite, Paradox, Textio, Workday, TalentOS, and LinkedIn.

Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to cultivate consultative, influential, and collaborative relationships across various levels of internal and external stakeholders (including hiring managers and executives).

Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree/equivalent relative to function.Minimum Experience:Five (5) years directly related experience. Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.Pay Transparency:This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.Pay: Annual Range $104,000 - $156,000Domicile Information:This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
