Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in our diesel engine remanufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in factory settings, contributing to the efficient operation of our production processes. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.

Utilize hand tools and power tools for teardown and cleaning.

Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse using forklifts as needed.

Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes.

Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail.

Capability to adapt to various tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
