Description Job Title: Technical Power BI ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a proficient Technical Power BI Manager who will be responsible for the overall design, structure, and oversight of our organization's Power BI environment and infrastructure. This role will oversee the technical aspects of Power BI, developing and implementing strategies for its usage in collaboration with business analysts and data engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible supporting multiple Power BI products, while ensuring data analysis and visualization to contribute to the business decision-making process.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Power BI architectural strategies to meet the organization's business requirements.

Design, develop, and manage BI solutions, visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

Work closely with data engineers to ensure integration with databases, data lakes, and data warehouses.

Utilize best practices to develop secure Power BI data models, datasets, and reports.

Coach and mentor team members in Power BI techniques and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into effective visual displays and insights.

Manage Power BI services and ensure optimal performance, security, and user access controls.

Stay updated with latest Power BI updates, enhancements, and features to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Assist in the resolution of complex technical problems and issues.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Proven experience in a Power BI role demonstrating in-depth understanding of Power BI architecture, data modelling, and data visualization.

Ability to create effective and impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Advanced knowledge of Power Query, M language and DAX.

Strong understanding of databases and data structures.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with other BI tools and understanding of data warehousing principles would be beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong team management and coaching skills. 10. Ability to collaborate with teams across departments and functions.
