- Work closely under the guidance of local senior support staff
- Support local office with assistance from Tier3 IT staff, as needed
- Ensure that established methodology and processes are followed and adhered to and contribute to building best practices.
- Deliver assigned internal projects supporting company systems and infrastructure on time and in-budget
- Perform software installations, machine deployments, and upgrades for all company-supported software packages
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic routines to identify problems relating to hardware, software, and network communications
- Maintain hardware and software of company desktops, printers, and phones
- Train staff on the use of company standard software and general PC usage as needed
- Ensure the local WAN/LAN network topology is supported as designed and necessary changes are made as required.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and provide end-user support per request from various departments and contractors\vendors.
- Repair and recover hardware or software failures; coordinate and communicate with impacted users.
- Ensure that infrastructure requirements are addressed/planned as part of the product range.
- Ensure corporate ethics and company direction is used in making key decisions.
- Ensure that systems and services assigned as your direct responsibility are sufficiently supported to meet client expectations and SLA’s.
- 4+ years of relevant experience working in Information Technology supporting and troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Server(s), and other Network issues in a corporate network environment
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VOIP phones, VPN, DHCP, AD, DNS, WINS, and FTP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess good time management and organization skills
- Knowledge of computer operations and their interfaces
- Working knowledge of communications protocols and networking technology and hardware
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture.
- VOIP PBX experience, setting up and implementing IP phones
- Windows 10 desktop implementation and support
- Microsoft Office and Office 365 services.
