Description: Our Client's Continuum team is looking to add a technical support specialist to their team on a 6 month contract to hire basis. This tech will support healthcare end-users with Continuum's automated inventory management/charge capture systems as well as some general PC software issues. The Continuum System uses RFID technology to monitor inventory levels and track medical device/consumable usage for healthcare providers, and integrates the data into providers' existing IT systems. The team gets about 400-500 tickets/month and uses a Salesforce ticketing system. Techs should have a solid understanding of IT concepts from an AS degree or A+/Net+ certifications.The manager is actually a TEKsystems former that started as a tier 1 tech three years ago and worked his way up.
