Technical Trainer and Site Support

Location: Tennessee. Role Title: Trainer and Site Support Required Skills: System training, virtual training, in-person training, site support Preferred Skills : Deliver training for a new system in the state of Tennessee. Understand the system's functionality and be able to teach users. Front-line support to staff using the new system. Prior experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems is preferred.
