Job Description: Turret support troubleshooting on the floor Microphone/Speakers/Handset Open support tickets and troubleshoot with BT Bootstrap/firmware management Speed number maintenance on turrets Log in profile maintenance RMA management/tracking Re-image turrets Process replacement turrets to connect to application Configure new profiles Work to keep turret/server software up to the latest releases Configure new telephone lines to be used by turrets as needed Documentation and Ticketing Responsibilities Escalations to FedEx Voice engineering team Basic understanding of Verint Basic knowledge of Cisco Call Manger RADIO SUPPORT ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and maintenance on Air to Ground radio audio Support and maintenance of Telex radio consoles for the DTC organization Reprogramming radio support for all domestic US locations, including those field locations who need additional radios Monitor and correct alarms on trunking systems Create, update maintain standards and training documents Monthly Save and clear all trunking system controller logs Monitor and correct alarms on trunking systems Administrative Tasks: FCC licensing for EWA FCC licensing for ASRI Monitor RSC requests for programming support Monitor Radio email distribution list for support
