Warehouse Associate - Part-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to materials handling and warehouse operations. This position is part-time with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Schedule: 7AM-3PM Monday, Thursday, Friday. Saturdays are mandatory.

Duties:

- Receive, inspect and store incoming materials or products

- Utilize Finale Inventory to track inventory and update records

- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using order picking equipment such as pallet jacks, carts and handheld scanners

- Package orders securely for shipment. Most packages are light weight

- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

- Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment

- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently

- Familiarity with Finale Inventory and Shipstation is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Good communication skills to interact with warehouse supervisor and other team members

Skills:

- Materials handling

- Finale Inventory & Shipstation system knowledge is a plus

- Order picking using pallet jacks, carts and scanners

- Shipping and receiving procedures
