Warehouse Position

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven forklift operation experience, and the ability to manage staff, processes, and equipment to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed; lead by example on the warehouse floor

Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits

Develop and enforce warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance

Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements

Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange repairs or maintenance when required

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or management experience

Certified forklift operator with strong hands-on forklift driving skills (required)

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety regulations
