World of Westgate (WOW) University is an educational entity and strategic tool to achieve the company mission of putting our Owners on vacation, keeping them engaged and making applicable payments timely. Positioned at Westgate’s larger resorts at strategic hours to meet face to face with Owners and conduct weekly classroom style educational events, The WOW Owner Ambassador must have a thorough knowledge of all Westgate products and services, can effectively troubleshoot, resolve problems, and provide positive customer experiences.As a Westgate University Ambassador, you will:Deliver outstanding customer service internally and externally by greeting each owner with a smile and addressing their needs promptlyBuild positive relationships with owners by using their names and making them feel welcomeEnter daily reporting feedback on customers inquiriesExplain, educate owners on owner benefitsCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and all levels of employeesSpeak on a public platform to ownersSolve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutionsPeriodically observe sales and service encounters; study sales, technical, service, and customer experience results reports; confer with managementPerform all other duties as required100% assigned to Westgate Resort(s)Additional travel may be necessary as Westgate University evolvesTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
