Role: Windows/O365 Lead AdministratorLocation: Nashville, TN (Day 1 from onsite)Duration: Long Term ContractClient: Tech Mahindra / Quorum Job Description:Relevant experience in end-user-computing support. Job requires in designing, implementing, & supporting EUC Infrastructure using Azure, O365, SCCM, AD and other related components.The incumbent is expected to carry out implementation and provide operational support of EUC components of customer infrastructure. Technical Skills – Mandatory

  • Manage Active Directory infrastructure for the Enterprise.
  • Manage team of engineer’s part of end user computing.
  • Conduct daily operational review of EUC tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide technical support to team for troubleshooting complex issues related to office 365, Active directory, windows 10 and Azure VDI environment.
  • Lead the design support of a highly available multi-domain directory infrastructure platform.
  • Technical certifications such as MCP, MSCA are a plus. MSCE and Azure certifications preferred
  • Extensive experience in IT infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, DFS, Office 365, SCCM (building, setting infrastructure, packaging) and GPO
  • Extensive experience in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/Windows 7), Office/Outlook/antivirus, Microsoft Active Directory. Knowledge of cloud-based Directory Services like Windows Azure AD
  • Provide technical expertise for multiple Active Directory, O365, Azure programs and projects.
Other requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers Science or related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in end user computing components/technologies management and systems Administration
  • Able to multi-task and work productively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate service/support needs with Vendors, Technical Support Engineers, Application Support Engineers, and the Infrastructure Team through effective partnership, collaboration, and communication.
  • Follow enterprise policies, standards, and position statements for new and existing Active Directory related technologies.
  • Provide 3rd level support for Active Directory for end users, application, and administration teams.
  • Participate in security and application troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including storage, messaging, networking, and servers.
  • Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects
  • Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
  • Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
