Consumer Business Portfolio Brand Management /Marketing Excellence Pharmacists/Optometrists (P&Os)Develop a comprehensive omni channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and adapts to the unique characteristics of Asia market.Create a regional “plug and play” campaign customized for P&Os and strengthen brand recommendation. The campaign delivered to local countries must be flawlessly executed minimizing usage of local time and resources ensuring full alignment of regional strategy.Work closely with local team to develop pharmacy/optical marketing initiatives that enhance product visibility and support local team within the region.Ensure seamless and consistent omni channel communication across all marketing touchpoints, including digital initiatives like e-commerce, delivering a cohesive brand experience.KPI Tracking: Regularly analyze (quarterly) marketing performance, sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on wins. ConsumersDevelop comprehensive consumer-focused marketing strategies that enhance awareness, drive engagement across various consumer touchpoints, motivate them to purchase whether online or in store and ensure an exceptional customer experience thorough out the journey.Capitalize in creating awareness and drive them to be users of Santen consumer brands.Identify and leverage on marketing platforms, including digital, social media, e-commerce, in store, to maximize consumer engagement, foster brand loyalty and driving salesSupport countries with tactical consumer campaign materials to elevate customer engagement and effectively promote Santen consumer Eye drops.Regularly analyze (quarterly) consumer marketing performance on digital initiatives, sales data and customer feedback to track KPI, identify areas for improvement and capitalize on successes.Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve Asia objectives. Portfolio ManagementDevelop comprehensive business strategies to maximize product penetration and revenue growth.Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors like DKSH, Zuellig and SAI International, collaborations with optometry and pharmacy professional societies to expand the reach of our consumer eye drops with brand and corporate brand building.Initiate family branding for existing consumer portfolio to increase brand recognition and equity across regions and build consumer loyalty. Consumer Business DevelopmentIdentify trends, opportunities and consumer unmet needs that will potentially fill in the gaps and help improve the consumer’s quality of life.Lead the strategic planning and launch execution of the new consumer product to ensure successful entry into the market.Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure alignment and flawless launch execution. Digital Platform ManagementManage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital platforms and solutions within the Patient Journey Solutions department.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital tools and platforms.Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Project ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute digital projects within the Patient Journey Solutions department, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives. 8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
