In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our valued guests.Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractionsHandle luggage, packages, and other items for guests, ensuring proper care and timely deliveryOperate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from various locations, including airports, train stations, and local points of interestMaintain a clean and well-organized lobby area and vehicleAssist with guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfactionPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate departmentManage time effectively to ensure prompt and reliable shuttle serviceCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local area, attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guestsPositions are open for Malaysians & Permanent Resident only
